ServiceNow is seeking a Director, Financial Reporting, to lead the entire international financial reporting process for EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in statutory audit, taxation, and compliance, with a background in Ind-AS/ IFRS and US GAAP to IFRS conversion.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant
- Experience in statutory audit, taxation, and compliance
- Extensive experience in Ind-AS/ IFRS and experience in US GAAP to IFRS conversion
- Knowledge of ESG regulations and reporting standards (CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, etc.)
- Experience in Big 4 public accounting firm preferred
- Experience with SAP and Workiva is a plus
- Experience with pre & post-merger integration is a plus
