We are seeking a Director – Global People Services Solutions to transform HR service delivery through innovative technologies, data-driven decision-making, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, transformation roles, business or engineering operations
- Proven experience in leading digital HR initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data analytics in HR contexts
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication skills
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow, chatbots) and data platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of global HR compliance, data privacy, and ethical AI practices
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
