The role involves stakeholder management, client relationship building, team leadership, and driving innovation within the application support function. The company operates across several industries, delivering BPM solutions tailored to client needs.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end 24X7 ServiceDesk portfolio, supporting multiple accounts and applications.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and client relationship management.
- Responsible for Growth and P&L for the account, negotiating contracts.
- Ability to build a cohesive team and manage people effectively.
- Experience with L1 Application support and ITIL Service Delivery.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with service management tools (Servicenow).
- Experience setting up and managing ‘Managed services team’
- Experience in Incident management.
