Director, AMS Strategic Engagements (Large Deal Pursuits)

ServiceNow is seeking a Director, AMS Strategic Engagements (Large Deal Pursuits) to drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic transactions for Americas businesses. The role will lead end-to-end deal strategy, negotiate complex agreements, and utilize a collaborative approach to close high-value deals. This position will focus on client relationships and ensuring successful outcomes for strategic customers.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 9+ years of experience in the software industry.
• 5+ years of consultative direct sales experience into Enterprise accounts.
• Conversant in all emerging trends in IT and Business.
• Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
