Director, Business Continuity Management & Integrated Risk Management

We are seeking an experienced Director to serve as the Product Owner for RBC’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle of BCM/IRM solutions, including the vision/roadmap development to delivery, continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years of experience in BCM or IRM.
• 3+ years as Product Owner or Manager within a ServiceNow environment, preferably in the BCM or IRM modules.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
