Director Configuration Management

Seeking an experienced Director to lead Service Asset and Configuration Management processes and capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. Responsible for end-to-end process strategy and roadmap, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years of experience in service asset and configuration management and CMDB architecture
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of IT asset management and configuration management best practices, and compliance
