ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned Services Sales Leader to drive the Professional and Strategic Services business in the INDIA region. This role will focus on large, complex service engagements aligned with ServiceNow’s AI Platform, impacting customer engagement, retention, and value realization. The position requires coaching, mentorship, and building a high-performing GTM team.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise software/services sales leadership in SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation
- Demonstrable experience selling or consulting with ServiceNow products
- Proven experience selling in India, understanding local buying processes and regulations
- Deep experience selling into CxO stakeholders with strong business case and value articulation
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) and services GTM motion
- Exceptional collaboration skills
- Strong business acumen
