Join Prudential's Global Technology and Operations team as a Director, Enterprise Business Continuity Management. As a leader in this role, you will build capabilities that enable the organization with innovation, speed, agility, scalability, and efficiency. You will collaborate with various functional areas to evolve the Business Continuity strategy toward Operational Resilience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Operational Resilience, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, or Operational Resilience
- Proven experience building and leading mature enterprise business continuity programs
- Demonstrated ability to evolve continuity programs toward holistic operational resilience models
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
- Experience using Open Pages, Fusion Risk Management and ServiceNow
- Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking skills and solution oriented
- Demonstrated ability to influence with comfort and ability working between organizational structures to effect significant change, self-starter comfortable working independently and within a team environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to connect, build relationships and influence business leaders, across all levels
