The role reports to the Sr Director of Expert Services EMEA and has a pivotal role in shaping and executing delivery across the region.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading senior-level teams (managers & consultants).
• Track record of executing large-scale digital transformation engagements.
• Strong understanding of CRM & Industry Workflows.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platforms.
