ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Expert Services - CRM & Industry Workflows to oversee a team focused on delivering high-quality customer outcomes through their CRM and Industry Workflows platform. This role involves defining delivery strategy, leading a team, translating business needs, and ensuring technical quality. The role reports to the Sr Director of Expert Services EMEA and has a pivotal role in shaping and executing delivery across the region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading senior-level teams (managers & consultants).
  • Track record of executing large-scale digital transformation engagements.
  • Strong understanding of CRM & Industry Workflows.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • Experience driving adoption of emerging technologies.
