Ingram Micro is seeking a visionary Director of Global Technical Services and Operations Management to lead ITSM and ITOM functions, drive operational excellence, and innovate across global 24x7 infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software/platform engineering or cloud infrastructure
- 5+ years leading global DevOps/SRE/IT operations teams in 24x7 environments
- Deep expertise in ITSM/ITOM (ServiceNow), AIOps, and automation
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and microservices
- Hands-on with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Ansible), and observability tools
- Proven track record in automation-centric, self-healing infrastructure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
