Director, GTM Packaging & Offerings

ServiceNow is seeking a Director, GTM Packaging & Offerings to partner with Platform and Product Management and Engineering. This role focuses on building a high-performing team to accelerate time-to-value for ServiceNow customers by enhancing their AI-first implementations. The position involves strategies, scalable support models, and driving customer adoption to improve success rates for ServiceNow sellers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of customer-facing experience in enterprise software leading pre-sales support
• Extensive experience with enterprise software solutions
• Strong understanding of pre-sales processes, solution positioning, and customer engagement strategies
• Deep understanding of AI-first or autonomous implementation initiatives
• Proven executive and customer-facing communication skills
