Director of AI Productivity

We're looking for a visionary leader to lead the transformation of how ASOSers work through AI, automation, and modern digital tools. This role will be responsible for reimagining and delivering platforms, workflows, and experiences that enable our people to do their best work, faster and smarter.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of GenAI, agentic systems, and automation technologies
• Strong track record in modernising business processes
• Experience designing and delivering user-centric applications that improve employee experience
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow)
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence at all levels
• Strong change management capabilities and understanding of organisational behaviour
• Commercial acumen and ability to align tech strategy with business outcomes
• A growth mindset and passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
• Ability to engage with vendors, evaluate solutions, and drive value from partnerships
