Requirements
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of GenAI, agentic systems, and automation technologies
- Strong track record in modernising business processes
- Experience designing and delivering user-centric applications that improve employee experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence at all levels
- Strong change management capabilities and understanding of organisational behaviour
- Commercial acumen and ability to align tech strategy with business outcomes
- A growth mindset and passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
- Ability to engage with vendors, evaluate solutions, and drive value from partnerships
