We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR) and/or Vulnerability Response (VR) to join our growing consultancy team. The role will support a UK-project, making UK residency and eligibility for UK security clearance (SC) essential. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years' experience in ServiceNow consulting, with strong technical and communication skills.
Requirements
- UK residency and eligibility for Security Clearance (SC)
- ServiceNow certifications, including: Certified System Administrator, at least one Implementation Specialist cert in SIR or VR, Additional micro-certifications preferred
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in ServiceNow consulting, ideally in a client-facing services environment
- Hands-on configuration and scripting skills (e.g. JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies)
- Deep subject matter knowledge in SecOps, particularly in: Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response
