Director of AV Engineering

As the Director of Unified Communication, AV, and Streaming (Workplace Technology), you will be responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-wide Unified Communications (UC), Audio Visual (AV), live streaming, and event technology platforms.

Requirements

• Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies and roadmaps for Unified Communications, AV, streaming, and event platforms.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, overseeing platform integrations to deliver cohesive, secure, and reliable user experiences.
• Manage high-impact vendor relationships and strategic partnerships to ensure best-in-class solutions.
• Oversee workforce planning, budget development, tracking, and forecasting to meet scope, schedule, and cost targets.
• Continuously evaluate and implement emerging UC/AV, streaming, and event technologies, including cloud migration, AI, automation, and security enhancements.
• Promote the adoption of innovative solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and event experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage change and adoption of new tools and platforms, driving user enablement and organizational readiness.
• Mentor, develop, and motivate high-performing, diverse, and global teams.
• Set clear priorities and performance goals, fostering engagement and professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, driving consensus and cross-functional collaboration.
