Director of Business Applications, AMER

Pax8 is seeking a Director of Business Applications, AMER to provide strategic vision and tactical direction for Professional Service Business Application offerings, ensuring alignment with the broader Partner Services organization. The role requires technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to manage a team of leaders and frontline consultants delivering high-quality technical and consultative implementations of Microsoft Business Applications.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years implementing and leading professional services, four (4) of which are in Business Applications.
• At least three (3) years of experience in people leadership.
• Significant knowledge of with core service offerings of Microsoft Business Central and Sales Professional.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and ServiceNow (or other team project management platforms).
• Prior experience leading downline leaders/managers is a plus.
