Smartcat is seeking a Director of Strategic Sales to drive ARR growth in a heavy outbound cross-sell motion. The role involves building a high-performing team, defining sales strategies, and collaborating with various departments. They leverage an AI platform to manage and accelerate multilingual content creation and translation, streamlining workflows and reducing costs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise sales within a B2B SaaS workflow or collaboration tool company or an AI SaaS company
  • 5+ years of first line sales leadership experience
  • Sandler Sales training and experience coaching to the MEDDPICC qualification framework
  • Ability to understand the Smartcat product vision and platform functionality in depth
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and a builder mentality
  • Consultative skills
