ServiceNow is seeking a Director to lead and grow the go-to-market partnership with strategic partners, manage a team, and increase the Annual Contract Value (ACV) of ServiceNow's platform. The role involves managing partner relationships, supporting internal resources, and driving action within the executive team. ServiceNow is looking for a strategic thinker who also executes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years work experience with some specific experience managing GSIs, business development or other deal-oriented role
  • 5+ years work as a manager
  • Software industry domain expertise (preferably SaaS), and the ability to understand complex technology problems
  • Strong previous background in Partner Alliance Management
  • Strategic thinker who is also execution oriented
  • Effective at building relationships (internally and with partners), collaborating, and influencing others
  • Strong communicator
  • Self-starter with a fast-paced, collaborative environment
