Director, Partner Strategy & Enablement

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Partner Strategy & Enablement to lead the strategy and execution of an AI-first implementation for ServiceNow's customer base. This role involves building a partner ecosystem, coordinating internal partners, and orchestrating governance to drive adoption, accelerate implementation timelines, and improve outcomes for ServiceNow's customers. Requirements

• 10+ years leading partner ecosystem strategy and programs in enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to operationalize partner capabilities for emerging/innovative offers.
• Strong commercial acumen and program execution skills.
• Experience driving AI-first/agentic implementation initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication and change-management skills.
• Experience with CoE review mechanisms.
