This role involves partnering with Product and Engineering teams to enhance pre-sales capabilities, drive customer adoption, and accelerate time-to-value. The ideal candidate will focus on compressing time-to-first-meaningful-use, accelerating adoption, and delivering a seamless AI-enabled implementation experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading pre-sales support and customer engagement programs in enterprise software.
  • Deep understanding of pre-sales processes, solution positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with AI-first or autonomous implementation initiatives.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
