The role involves delivering exceptional customer interactions, building a repeatable process, developing a recruiting pipeline, and managing team performance. This leadership position will set the agenda for demos, execution, and driving results in a multi-fold agenda.
Requirements
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving.
- Strong pre-sales experience as an individual contributor and leader.
- At least 4 years senior SC leadership experience, transforming and developing teams with a SaaS platform provider.
- Deep presales experience with the Financial Services and Banking market and experience selling and gaining access to customers’ senior management.
- Thought leadership in methods and techniques for story telling with software.
- Ability to coach and develop early-in-career as well as senior individual contributors.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow sales and engagement process and business value.
- Experience working in a fast-growing IT environment.
