Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Renewals, Sales or Customer Success leadership – preferably in a SaaS environment
  • 3+ years success leading and scaling high-performing teams focused on customer retention and revenue growth
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer needs and business goals
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Operations
  • Demonstrated success in working with C-level executives and complex enterprise customers
