Director, Sales Operations – Quote-to-Cash Excellence

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead and inspire a global team focused on improving the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Deal Operations function. This role is critical for driving operational excellence, scaling growth, and delivering a seamless sales experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quoting, deal processes, and a proven track record of leading teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
• Proven expertise in Quote-to-Cash (quoting, pricing, contracting, order management).
• Experience leading large, distributed teams (20+).
• Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription business models.
• Track record of driving process transformation, automation, and measurable operational improvements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Dynamics and quoting platforms.
