We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the ServiceNow Platform Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Lead. This role involves leading the technical roadmap and implementation of the IRM module within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience (Min 5 years) in leading and implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions
- In-depth knowledge of risk management processes and frameworks
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languages
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with third-party applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC) is a plus
