Senior Manager - ServiceNow IRM (Corporate IT)

Synapxe is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Lead to lead the technical roadmap and implementation of the IRM module within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of risk management processes and technical expertise to drive successful module implementation.

Requirements

• Lead the design and implementation of the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the IRM framework.
• Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for the IRM module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow IRM module.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the IRM module with other ServiceNow applications.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in the implementation of risk management solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the IRM module, collaborating with support teams as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in risk management and incorporate relevant technologies into the IRM module.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
