Director Software Asset Management

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead Software Asset Management processes and capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The role involves strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years of experience in Software Asset Management
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of IT asset management best practices, software licensing, and compliance
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator or ServiceNow ITAM certifications preferred
• Banking and financial regulatory experience
