Director, Solution Consulting- Financial Services (Sydney or Melbourne based)

The Director of Solution Consulting for Financial Services will lead a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants who drive strategic transformation with the ServiceNow AI platform across banking, insurance, wealth, payments and superannuation customers. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to accelerate ACV growth, improve technical-win performance, and shape the next evolution of presales productivity and value delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 5+ years of experience in leading high-performing presales or technical consulting teams in complex enterprise environments
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence pipeline strategy, forecasting, and customer outcomes
• Ability to communicate compelling business and technical value from C-suite to solution delivery teams
• Depth and breadth of senior customer and ecosystem relationships
• Proven internal matrix leadership and ability to broker compromise across competing priorities
• Track record of high employee engagement, retention, coaching, motivating, and growing talent
• Culture builder who fosters belonging, curiosity, collaboration and performance excellence
• Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries (preferred)
• Willingness to travel as required across ANZ and to the USA
