Director, Strategic Business Operations

We are seeking a fast mover to get key initiatives off the ground, keep the team organized, establish and drive operating rhythms, and grow with the team. The candidate must have relentless curiosity, the ability to execute and influence at the Executive level, and a get-it-done attitude.

Requirements

• 13 + years of demonstrated success partnering with product and go-to-market teams to shape and execute strategies that drive business growth
• Hands-on experience in product development processes and thriving in matrixed environments
• Over six years of relevant experience in the technology sector or equivalent
• In-depth understanding of the economics behind AI-powered enterprise software platforms
• Comfortable working in ambiguity; in particular, you excel at structuring complex problems, using data-informed insights, and communicating findings to senior executives
• Strong intuition for product quality and user experience
• Proven ability to develop business cases and identify critical financial metrics in the tech industry
• Skilled in developing and managing annual financial planning processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly collaborative team contributor with a shared success mindset
• Clear and effective communicator in both technical and business contexts
