Director, Technology Resilience Governance

Scotiabank is seeking a Director of Technology Resilience Governance to lead and champion the success of Resilience Engineering globally. This role involves authoring technology resilience standards, identifying gaps, facilitating discussions with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role also requires mentoring and coaching related to technology resilience across multiple teams.
