Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Director, Value Chain Process Engineer to lead process engineering and optimization efforts across the company's global operating model. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in process engineering, operational excellence, or business transformation, including people management and experience leading teams responsible for enterprise-scale process design and value chain transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Research, Business, or related technical field
- Lean Six Sigma certification or advanced training in process improvement methodologies
- 10+ years of experience in process engineering, operational excellence, or business transformation
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Proven success directing cross-functional process optimization efforts in complex, matrixed organizations
