We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow PPM Implementation Specialist to drive the successful configuration, deployment, and adoption of the ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager with a strong focus on enterprise system implementation
- Minimum of 2 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting the ServiceNow PPM module (or ITBM Suite)
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, configuration, and best practices
- Strong grasp of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
Requirements Summary
3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager, 2 years of ServiceNow PPM experience, strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and project management methodologies
