Director, Workplace Services- Bay Area

Director, Workplace Services is a leadership role responsible for curating and sustaining ServiceNow's work environments, driving initiatives to improve culture and employee experience, and optimizing workplace operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 9 years experience in facilities management, project management, and workplace services
• Strategic and operational expertise in facilities management and workplace services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience in high-growth and dynamic environments
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant industry designations such as MCRw, MCR, CFM, PMP, IWFM, IFMA, etc.
