Discovery/SACM Architect with Discovery Cloud

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Discovery/SACM Architect with expertise in ServiceNow Discovery and Cloud discovery. The successful candidate will design and recommend technical solutions for business needs within the SACM/Discovery domain, ensuring effective implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery and related cloud discovery capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven extensive experience with ServiceNow Discovery, particularly Cloud Discovery
• In-depth understanding of CSDM (Configuration Management Database) and CDM (Configuration Data Model)
• Strong knowledge of cloud concepts, including hardware and software discovery in cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with designing and implementing complex discovery solutions
• Solid understanding of IT asset management, configuration management, and service management best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver innovative solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ServiceNow certifications related to Discovery, System Administration, or Cloud Management are a plus
