We are seeking a Dispatcher for our Managed Services team, responsible for handling client issues promptly and efficiently. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to follow established processes. The role is initially a part-time, rotating Saturday & Sunday position with a focus on maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a remote environment.
Requirements
- Available and logged into the Managed Services support queues
- Ability to triage incoming issues using standard processes
- Ability to escalate tickets as required
- Knowledge of New Call Process and Dispatch Process
- Experience with Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow, ConnectWise)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in communication and organizational skills
Requirements Summary
