EAM Program Manager

The Squires Group is seeking a Senior-Level EAM Program Manager to lead a large-scale transformation initiative within a utility services organization. This role focuses on delivering strategic and operational excellence across enterprise asset management platforms, supporting reliability and modernization across multiple utility sites. Client-facing leadership and travel to client sites are essential.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in program/project management with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management.
• Deep experience in the utility industry, particularly power, water, or gas sectors.
• Proven history of leading complex, multi-year, multi-site EAM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of systems such as IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP PM, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
