INTILION is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist (2nd Level Support) to become a technical expert for their battery storage systems, handling complex challenges and providing support to the First-Level Support team. The role involves troubleshooting, remote diagnostics, occasional on-site assignments, and close collaboration with various departments to improve products and services.
Requirements
- Completed technical education (e.g. electrician for energy and building technology, mechatronics technician) with further education (technician/master craftsman) or a degree (Bachelor/Master) in electrical engineering, energy engineering or comparable.
- Basic technical understanding, preferably in the field of power electronics (inverters, DC/DC converters), protection technology and measurement technology.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce) and CRM software.
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication skills in words and writing (German) as well as good English skills.
- High problem-solving skills, structured and independent working style, ability to work in a team and resilience even in stressful situations.
- Driver's license class B, willingness to travel for occasional assignments and willingness to be on standby after prior consultation
