Requirements

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.
• Build and update workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support adoption initiatives.
• Lead the onboarding of new departments into enterprise platforms.
