SMBC Group is seeking a Help & Support Desk Assistant to join their EMEA Application Management Lease Support team. This role focuses on providing daily support for applications, invoicing, and communication with stakeholders. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to deliver BAU support within a team aligned with the ITIL framework. Responsibilities include ServiceNow application maintenance, system updates, vendor liaison, and support for system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Strong support experience with an IT environment
  • ITIL Service Management Incident & Change Management Exposure (D)
  • Lease finance business experience (E)
  • SQL Experience
  • Alfa Experience
  • Java Experience
  • An analytical mindset with an aptitude to evaluate complex deal structures
  • Understanding rate feeds
  • Previous experience working in a support team within the Financial Services industry
  • Lease Finance Experience
  • Applications in scope for role (including Vendor applications)
  • Understanding MS Stack
