ServiceNow is seeking a highly motivated Manager for the EMEA GTM Activation team to drive data-driven insights and support key strategic initiatives. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights to influence the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to transformation across EMEA. This position offers the opportunity to shape future growth and improve efficiency of go-to-market activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience with Field Sales organizations/GTM functions in a matrixed sales environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional, multicultural teams
  • Growth-mindset, proactive, and outcomes-focused
  • Strong organization, communication, teamwork, presentation, and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Anaplan)

Requirements Summary

5+ yrs experience, Matrix sales experience, Cross-functional teams, and Data visualization skills
