Employee Services Specialist – People Services job description: provide administrative support and coordination to various HR operations, including job changes letters, data validation, and reference letters. Work with HR systems, manage employee data, and ensure compliance with laws and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Experience working with confidential information
- Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model is preferred
- Experience using Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow or other similar platforms and tools is preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
