We're looking for an Employee Services Specialist to provide administrative support and coordination to various HR operations, including job changes, data validation, and reference letters. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or relevant work experience, with knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Experience working with confidential information
- Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model
- Experience using Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow or other similar platforms and tools
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
