The Employee Services Sr. Specialist – Global Mobility role is part of the Global Mobility Team in Manila, responsible for delivering support and administrative services to AECOM employees identified for international assignments. The role involves working on medium to high complexity tasks focused on vendor management, assignment management, tax, and immigration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in outsourcing, shared services, or similar models, with preference for compensation-related roles
- Knowledge of expatriate tax and global mobility processes
- Proficiency in Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, AssignmentPro, or similar platforms
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
- Ability to work in a hybrid set-up with shifting schedules
