Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business/Administration / Human Resources
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources Services in a Shared Services/BPO Industry as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Senior Specialist
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
- Working knowledge of HR Operations standards and procedures
- Experience using Workday, SmartRecruiters, ServiceNow or similar platforms and tools
