EMR Account Security Analyst

The EMR Accounts Team member provides centralized identity and access management services with a focus on Epic user account provisioning. This includes creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Epic and managing access requests through ServiceNow, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of experience in EMR access management or related IT support roles
• Proficiency in Epic user provisioning and decommissioning, Microsoft Active Directory, ServiceNow ticketing and workflow systems, SQL for access auditing and reporting, PowerShell scripting
