TekSynap is seeking an End User - Field Support professional to join their team supporting the DOT Contract in Lakewood, Colorado. This role serves as an escalation point for support engineers, troubleshoots advanced issues, and maintains accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a Windows-based environment with strong Apple hardware/software troubleshooting skills and familiarity with various IT tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of deskside/IT support experience in a Windows-based environment
  • Strong Apple (Mac & iOS) hardware/software troubleshooting & repair
  • Knowledge of Mac OS imaging (JAMF preferred but not required)
  • Familiar with IMAC procedures and hardware lifecycle refresh
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Bomgar (remote support)
  • Experience with VPN technologies
  • Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
  • Experience with VTC (Video Teleconferencing) and Zoom
  • Familiarity with Remedy and ServiceNow (ITSM tools) is a plus
  • Must obtain HDI Technical Support Professional certification within 6 months of hire
