Wipro is looking for a dynamic and experienced End User Support Specialist to join their team in Brisbane, AU. The successful candidate will provide L2-level support for hardware, software, and OS issues, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and assist with enterprise networking tasks.
Requirements
- 5–6 years in IT Infrastructure Field Support
- Strong customer management and communication skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP
- Experience with O365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow/Remedy and ITIL processes
- Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Associate’s Degree in Electronics or related field
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Experience mentoring L1 resources and contributing to service improvements
