Wipro is looking for a dynamic and experienced End User Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Field Support and be able to provide L2-level support for hardware, software, and OS issues.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Field Support
  • Strong customer management and communication skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP
  • Experience with O365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow/Remedy and ITIL processes
  • Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
