We are looking for a dynamic and experienced End User Support Specialist to join our team! As an End User Support Specialist, you will provide L2-level support for hardware, software, and OS issues, troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and A/V equipment, and support enterprise LAN/WAN, VOIP, and smart hands networking tasks.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years in IT Infrastructure Field Support
  • Strong customer management and communication skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP
  • Experience with O365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow/Remedy and ITIL processes
  • Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Associate’s Degree in Electronics or related field
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Experience mentoring L1 resources and contributing to service improvements
