Vertical Relevance is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager with ServiceNow experience to join their team. The role involves leading ServiceNow implementation projects, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving customer success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Project Management, engagement management, client communication, and Project Leadership
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, or SecOps
- Strong ServiceNow platform expertise; ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous
- Familiarity with financial services industry compliance and regulatory standards
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and navigate complex client environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
