- Previous experience of large, complex, integrated environments
- Control-M EM (Distributed) scheduling knowledge
- Control-M, Control-D and Control-B Mainframe scheduling knowledge
- IBM Mainframe (Z/OS) expertise (JES2, ISPF, TSO, JCL, REXX, Connect Direct, FileAid)
- Endeavour code management
- Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Risk and Change Management
- Process and workflow analysis
