Requirements
- Relevant experience
- Pre-existing IT support or computer science operations experience
- Experience in IT support in an international environment
- Already having guaranteed VIP support or worked in close proximity with a highly demanding customer audience
- Good customer service and strong interpersonal skills
- Diplomacy and a good educational spirit for vulgarizing and supporting users
- Ability to work independently, diligence and prioritization skills
- Good level of English is indispensable
