Work with multiple Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions teams to incorporate, support, and ensure the accuracy of client computing environments ServiceNow CMDB discovery process. Build and maintain configuration management inventory, create self-service support articles, and ensure exceptional service at every customer interaction point.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration focused on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment
- Experience in developing with web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with front-end frameworks, including React or Angular
- Experience in developing interactive web applications with TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience with SQL syntax and queries and API development, including REST architectures
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), or AZURE
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date
- Experience with UI or UX design
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and management
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) Certification
